What are the differences in upper and lower limb tendinopathy?

How tendons act differs between the upper and lower limbs, as the function of tendons and the loads placed on them differs. It seems that there are different pain presentations as well, this lecture will examine differences in tenodn function, structure and pain between upper and lower limbs.
